This feeling I have after reaching the end on Edible is indescribable and had me over the moon! I can’t explain it but I will do my best to sell it to you!

Now first this is a strange request but I met Cole and Rachel first through the Temptation Series. I adored their characters and relationship so much I craved to know how they began, and for that reason jumping into Edible after was a whole new experience I wouldn’t change for the world.

Knowing them before somehow made this book more thrilling, especially as little did I know Cole and Rachel were actually full of surprises!

Rachel has been quite sad, wanting space from her brother and her close friends. She’s balancing all parts of her life especially since her mom’s passing but something is missing.

Enter Cole Madison, he is so sure he is the missing piece on her life he doesn’t take any opportunity for granted. Being able to catch Rachel in person again after months of their first few encounters he makes a personal promise to not let her go.

He’s a stubborn and persistent man but never in that too far way. He is so kind and caring and knows his boundaries. This works perfectly with Rachel as she wants and desires a man who can provide power but also not be over powering.

However Rachel has been burned and she’s not ready to jump too fast this time, if anything she hates his persistence too much as he is irresistible. But damn you Cole as your tenacity works out so well in the end. I love that when he knows he knows and never gives up!

This story was so sexy, sugary caramelly sweet and so loving! It’s one of my favourite books by Ella Frank and it’s because of the depth of connection she builds, along with the whole sense of family and love in this novel. Sure the sexy moments are hot as hell but it’s those tidbit character moments that warm my heart the most.

I loved seeing Mason, Lena, Shelly and Joshua back again and having a presence in this story for Rachel showing that she was and is never alone but now that she has found her missing piece, Cole, they can all love and connect those puzzle pieces back together to their made family!

Such a brilliant story and one of the ultimate romance novels! Plus so many shocking surprises if you already know the characters AND signature Ella – a smile and laugh on every page!
