Ella, Ella, Ella! Home sweet home is what I feel when I open one of your books.

I fell in love with Shelly back in the Temptation Series but even more so in Exquiste. However finally reading her story I love her more than I can imagine, plus her leading man stole the show too!

Dr. Shelly Monroe has never faltered at saying what she wants but her relationships have never ended up being what she needed. Deciding to stay away from men that don’t provide what she desires, she has her heart set.

Joshua Daniel’s looks like what Shelly doesn’t want but they both actually have one thing in common – they want someone that will go the long haul.

He’s had his heart broken and won’t allow it again, so when his eyes land on Man-Eater Monroe he makes it clear as sexy as she is he won’t be rolling in her sheets. Plus he’s never been good at one nighters.

It’s good they both agree but when their best friends keep meddling and well the chemistry flickers lights again and again they give in. It’s short lived but Joshua Daniel’s maybe surprising at being the man of Shelly’s dreams as he somehow wriggles his way into her life learning who she really is.

Their story is based on a lot of building trust and becoming the best version of yourself so you can give the other person everything they deserve. No one should have to settle and I loved how despite the tug of war, they knew they were it for each other but just needed to wait for the right moment.

This story was beautiful and sexy and fun! It’s also heart-warming and sweet! And Joshua becomes an instant book boyfriend with his sweet as hell behaviour! Shelly is well Shelly she’s an enigma you can’t help but love.

I loved every moment and once again there’s nothing Ella can write that I won’t love, she has a talent of bringing the perfect real and relatable stories to life! Now onto Rachel and Cole, the couple I’ve been long awaiting to read and boy has Ella teased their story to be explosive…

Blurb:

What if everything you think you want isn’t what you actually need…

Dr. Shelly Monroe is a woman who doesn’t shy away from going after what she wants, but lately good sex has been hard to find. Shelly’s become increasingly frustrated with the men she’s been dating and the men she believes are the right choice.

Joshua Daniels is certainly not even close to the right choice. In fact he is exactly the wrong choice. For one thing, he’s Mason Langley’s best friend and best man. Second he’s too much of a risky complication for Shelly to even consider.

Then why can’t she stop thinking about how delicious he looked that first night she met him at Exquisite? Why is it so imperative to keep her lusty desire for a man that doesn’t meet her preconceived mold hidden from Lena and Mason, her trusted friends?

It seems unreasonable that being with a man completely wrong in theory could somehow feel so right. Then why is it the more she sees him the more enticing he becomes?
