Kandi Steiner, is there anything you can’t write because I am so hooked on this series it’s not even a joke!

I’ve been reading a book a day, that’s how invested I am. They’re so easy to binge that’s you can’t help sacrificing a few hours without noticing or feeling it.

Anchor is book 2 in the PSU series, you need to have read Rush to understand where things are at. This series is written like a binge worthy TV series so you follow the same ensemble of characters!

At first following a lot of lives was a bit overwhelming but since hitting Anchor it’s been a breeze I know who is who without a doubt and already have some favourites!

This season, should I say, in particular follows some hard topics but I love that because it makes the world so much more real and relatable. It’s honest writing with drama and romance thrown in but Kandi has always been a master of writing real and raw stories that find a way into your heart.

PSU is just like but also anything but like Kandi’s other books and all I can insist is that you read this as soon as possible!

This season hits off where the first ends, we meet everyone after Christmas break. Some probs are still simmering, some new ones arise. We hit spring break and even more fun and confusing times ensue, relationships change and grow, some fail and fade but at the end of it all they’re new people and I can’t wait to see what hits them all in the next season!

I want to stay as spoiler free in my reviews so I don’t want to share key plots points I will say we touch on race, sexual abuse so head with warning if these situations will be triggers for you!!

Other than that, I’m off to read Pledge, so if you need me I’ll be stuck with my head in a book!
