From the first page this story was heart wrenching with emotion. And every page after I wished only for something good to happen and shine through.

Giulio and Valencia show how pure their love is for one another even when their personal views have caused them to separate. The fight in them stands and there’s a huge push and pull for them to try and reach their happy ending again.

The stories pace is quite slow and mellow at the beginning full of angsty emotion so it was a book you need to pace yourself with. It also shows a lot of secondary characters that bring questions to the table able their motives and keep you anticipated to discover what conclusions may be made.

If you’re looking for a read full of angsty emotion, slow burn to lead to dramatic anticipation, then this is for you.
