Laura and Willow are a duo I cannot GD live without! I always need more laughs in my life and I’m in love with these siblings! Bring on the rest of the series!!
Okay so one thing for me when reading a rom-com is the fact that it should make me laugh of course. But I’m the type of person that laughs at the stupidest things and that’s kind of a heart feat. I can confirm I laughed – a lot – at a truly stupid comment from Estella but I loved it! Jesse was pathetic!
Wanted Wed or Alive follows Jesse Taylor, one of the youngest G.D. Taylor siblings. He’s just ran off form the altar after releasing he doesn’t love or even like the woman he was supposed to marry.
He runs so far all the way from Chicago to New York to settle there and work with his brothers as they turn over a new apartment building. What he doesn’t expect is to instantly gain attraction towards a tenant up stairs.
Mya is moving on from heartbreak and settling in New York with her job as an attorney. She isn’t looking for love, she’s content playing her cello and seeing her friends but then Hot Hair (named by her bestie Emma) shows up turning things around.
The chemistry between the two tore off the pages and I was here for it! It only builds until they both implode and despite both being cautious to start something new after leaving past relationships they find soon enough that why wait!
They form a great bond and love blooms quick and sudden but they embrace it. They unveil their secrets but Jesse is hesitant to give all his runaway groom truth away which does come back to bit him almost risking everything they had created together.
Willow and Laura bring together a sweet as hell story full of character’s you’ll instantly adore. The brothers have the best banter to make you giggle. Emma and Estella own my heard with their baddass comments.
Overall there’s never a dull moment, you keep wanting more even before you’ve reached happily ever after. I’m still her antsy craving Emma and Spencer’s story because boy did the chemistry cause sparks on the page between them.
Grab this read I’d you want something light, with push and pull and a touch of emotion not too much to make things angsty!

Mya…
I came to New York for a fresh start.
A new job. A new apartment. A new life.
The last thing I’m looking for is a man.
Been there.
Done that.
Jesse…
I flee for my life when I leave Chicago.
Escaping a lifetime of misery.
But from the moment my eyes land on Mya Whitfield—I’m done for.
And don’t even get me started on watching her play the cello.
I’ve never envied anything the way I envy that enormous piece of wood between her legs.
Move over, cello…
There’s a new man in town.
